Our goal is to provide a transparent and seamless booking experience. Please review the official refund terms below for all booked Statue of Unity attraction tickets.
All eligible refunds are automatically processed back to the original source payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI gateway). The transaction takes 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
Convenience fees, transaction processing charges, and GST (18%) applied at the time of ticket booking are strictly non-refundable, as they are consumed instantly by the payment gateway partners.
In case money is debited from your bank account but the tickets are not generated due to server timeouts, the amount is automatically rolled back and initiated for a refund within 24 hours.
Certain premium bookings (such as the Helicopter Ride, River Cruise, and Luxury Tent accommodations) have unique operational overheads. Refunds for these specific bookings are subject to approval by their respective operators.
